*For Managers that want to attend the optional Hedge Fund Boot Camp there is an additional $495 charge on top of the normal registration fees. The Hedge Fund Boot Camp will be held before the Summit on Oct. 12th from 10 am - 2 pm. The Summit begins on Oct. 12th at 2 pm.
